VentureShield® Lifetime Limited
Warranty
Venture Tape Corp.® warrants VentureShield Automotive Paint
Protection Film
against cracking, bubbling or turning yellow. The warranty is valid
as long as the
installation is performed by an authorized Venture Tape Corp.
installer in accordance
with manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures, and as long
as the original purchaser retains ownership of the vehicle.
The above warranty does not cover any defects other than those
specified
above, and is made solely to the original purchaser and may not be
transferred.
If any product specified above fails to conform to the warranty
during the application
period, Purchaser may obtain replacement at any authorized Venture
Tape Corp. installer anywhere in the United States and Canada. The
obligation
of Venture Tape Corp. under this warranty is limited to replacement
of products
not conforming to the warranty. Proof of purchase will be required
by the authorized
installer to substantiate any warranty claim.
Any Purchaser desiring warranty service should contact the nearest
authorized
Venture Tape Corp. installer or write to Venture Tape Corp., P.O.
Box 384,
Rockland, MA 02370, Attention: Customer Service, Automotive Paint
Films
Department.
A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND THIS WARRANTY
REGISTRATION CARD ARE REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE.
VENTURE TAPE CORP. HEREBY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT, IN ANY PRODUCT. VENTURE TAPE CORP.
ALSO DISCLAIMS ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY OUTSIDE FORCES OTHER
THAN PRODUCT DEFECT OR ABNORMALITY. VENTURE TAPE CORP.
HEREBY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESSED
AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND, EXCEPT DURING THE APPLICABLE
WARRANTY PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ALSO EXCLUDES AND
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential
damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal
rights and you may also have other rights which vary from area to
area.
THIS PRODUCT IS TO BE USED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
STATE OR PROVINCIAL LAWS. INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT IN A
MANNER THAT VIOLATES STATE OR PROVINCIAL LAW IS A MISUSE OF
THE PRODUCT AND VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY. VENTURE TAPE CORP. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN
ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR DAMAGES RELATED TO THE USE OF
THIS PRODUCT IN AN ILLEGAL MANNER.
